Where can I find just the boot that connects the air box to the MAF?
Infiniti only sells it as part of the entire connection from air box to throttle body. For $180!
I want to switch to the z tube, and notice my rubber bellow has a few small cracks.

They don't sell it separately. You can just buy an OEM 350Z intake (aka z-tube) and the boot at both ends is built into it. The Stillen "z-tube" requires the rubber parts from the stock G35 intake, so it won't work in your situation.
