Had my buddy weld the resonator back on. WOW what a difference it makes.

Still to loud for my taste so going to put back stock exhaust this weekend. Sounds awesome right now though.

Sorry I never got around to the video. If the exhaust is relatively new, it will be stupid loud. Let the carbon build up and just drive it. It will tone down a lot, ik this from my exhaust.

Well the more I drive it the more I am liking it. Not ricey at all. Reminds me of my WRX when I was running 3' catless turbo back exhaust.

Also, I don't notice any change in power lower end but feel a little better breathing in the higher RPM range.

I have no dyno numbers to prove/disprove anything but this doesn't seem to be a performance hindering mod by any measure.

Cliff notes on this post:

NEVER delete your resonator and muffler because you will instantly regret it.

Muffler delete is a cost effective way to give your G and much "better" sound and slight (if any) power gains.

Apparently I'm a glutton for punishment because I tried out 3 different suspension set ups before just getting the coilovers. Wasted a lot of time and $$$ before I figured out exactly what I wanted. For me I am better learning from my mistakes these days than I was earlier in life and that's important.
Good luck getting it the way you want and we're glad you're a member, here. Stay as long as you like.
Perfect, when you factor the cost of springs and quality shocks it comes out fairly close! Plus with coilovers you have all that ride height adjust ability which is important since most of us actually drive our G35s.

A giant speed bump just hit my midpipe a couple of days ago, and the Y pipe just fell off.
I drive around 300mts to found a safe place to stop, and is TOO LOUD, that even in 5 minutes it drives me crazy, I understand you
