Wires? Did you buy a 1978 G35? Haha I kid I kid.
If you're a new owner or it just needs a good maintenance boost I would do plugs (NGK lazer platinum), coolant (drain n fill -so long as it drains fairly clean), oil, PCV valve, throttle body cleaning, MAF sensor cleaning, air filter...and that should do it short of tranny and differential fluid.
