Engine Bay Color doesn't match exterior?

I have a 04 twilight blue coupe and the color of my engine bay is not the same color as the exterior. It has a greenish hue to it. Does anybody else have the same dilemma?

The Bay doesnt have clear on it, thats the way it looks.
