What is this harness for?

So I notice this harness while reassembling my G after a stereo install. It's right next and in line with the cig lighter plug, but I don't see anything it connects with. I don't remember unplugging it, but it's there. Am I missing something? Sorry if this is the wrong section, just need a quick answer
