Yeah...most (so-called) Synths today are really a Group III (extend hydro-cracked) mineral base oil that's more stable like true 100% Synths (Group IV/V) base. Conventional oils are Group I/II mineral base. I wouldn't worry.

No leaks so far. Driven about 200-300 miles and engine seems great. I checked the oil this morn was was still in high.
Still amazed at this car that has 165k miles drives likes I bought it new (unfortunately the body is kinda beat up) but wow.
