Stock 17s, going to 19s...
My tyres all round are near failing so nows the time to upgrade the rims. Have the stock 17s on and 19" seems to be the best in terms of look but still performing ok. Thinking of doing a 8.5, 9.5 staggered fit and probably 40 profile to fill wheel arches.
So the big question is, will this set up fit nicely or would it likely need lowering springs too? Had to do that to my old car (FTO) going from stock 16s to 17s. Prefer not to but if it makes the ride too high or big gaps in the arches guess Im forced to.

I personally like very little gap so I'm running springs, camber kit, and 35mm spacers all around on the stock Ray's.
I'm still not happy so I'm working on the right setup.

Again STRYGD, "Welcome to Driver" and enjoy the ride...Gary
Thanks guys. Good point checking stock 19s as they run 40 profiles right? Alot of places mostly do 35s but seems too small.
Had my ride 1 1/2 years now and it just needs the rims to make her stand out.
