I have had my G in for about a week now being serviced. First off, I have only had it for one month, so this visit, coupled with another 2 day visit for paint work, means that they have had my car over 1/4 of the time I have owned it. It has a problem with cold starts....the first one of the day takes a few times to start the car. It wasnt battery related as it wanted to turn ove rvery time. They looked back in the history and saw the car since brand new has had trouble with the keys and the chips in the keys. So they are replacing some antenna that helps the car recieve the signal from the chip in the key. Long story short, they have had my car so long that I called today and told them they have had it 1/4 of the time i have owned it and that i expect some compensation....

yeah i was happy with the stuff I got....PLUS the car I have been driving for 7 days is a 2k4 g35X...which, if you are in the Northeast, you know how happy I was to have through this snowy week. So all in allm I feel like things are working out, and they may just get their beloved "5's" on the follow up call. hahha

my dealership gives LIFETIME FREE oil changes for as long as u have the car!

 

I did not buy brand new.....it is a 2003. And maybe you dealer is nicer than competition infiniti of smithtown NY....it would not be all that hard. What a team of salesmen they have there....they all seemed more bolld thirsty that the next, but whatever....all worked out.

 

Wow, great job! If only my dealer had kept my car for a day or two more, then I could have demanded some splash guards
