2008 altima coupe window drivers window motor in a 2007 g35 coupe

My 2007 g35 driver side window motor went out and I was wondering if I can use a 2008 Altima coupe driver side window motor to replace it? Or are they 2 completely different motors.

Autozone shows two different part numbers.

Why not use the correct window motor?

So install an incorrect motor and when it doesn't work or fit properly trade your vehicle for a Honda Civic.

Parts are cheaper

You are over your head driving an Infiniti if you can't afford $100 for a proper part
