Help! P2A00 code

ended up by replacing my stock cats with berks hfc. No CEL so far since.
It looks like when my O2 sensor popped out, my mechanic had to re-weld a custom 02 bung on the cat ... and the custom bung was probably a little bit too short (or too long) and I think this was causing an erroneous reading on this bank.
