Not sure but sounds like something might be loose and wiggling around. Id get it checked out quick.

Too hard to say, first and foremost check torque on your lugnuts but you can typically feel the wobble if one is loose. You're going to need someone walk around the vehicle while you replicate the issue to determine an exact location then get it up in the air and look for the worn component.

My gut feeling is it sounds eerily like a worn CV axle but that's just a guess.
