Rattle Noise (long)

I dropped my car off last night for some routine maintence. I told the service guy that I was hearing a strange rattle from the passenger side of the car when I was driving. I told him it wasnt the brakes. He just called and I got the usuall answer. We can duplicate the customers complaint. I know I have read here that others have had the same issue and there was maybe even a Bulletin somewhere. Does anyone know what I am talking about or am I just rattaling myself? Please helo me find my answers I searched for rattles but you how that goes. Too many to count. TIA

Angry Rattle Noise

Does anyone have a rattle noise above the steering wheel column? Mine rattles so bad it feels like the the piece is about to jump off.

Do you mean the rattle coming from the right-rear quarter panel? I have that rattle and just found the TSB regarding the loose defogger condenser connector causing the rattle, only when you go over rough or slightly bumpy roads. I'm going to see if they can fix it next time I take it in.

I have an 05 AT w/ 3,000 miles. My biggest disappointment in the car are the rattles. Actually they're more like buzzes in the interior pieces, one in the left side of the instrument binnacle, one in the center stack near the Nav, one behind my left ear and one in the passenger-side C pillar.

This is my first Infiniti and if Infiniti service is like other dealers, it's hopeless to get these buzzes fixed. Most likely if they go into the dash, problems will get worse.

Regarding a "rattle" on the passenger side, I get one from the retracted seat belt hitting something. This can be eliminated if I giggle the belt.

I hear that rattle behind my left ear ONLY when the window is anything but closed. Caused by bumps in the road. I can't locate it while driving and it won't rattle while the window is closed tight. Something having to with the door panel I would assume. Frustrating.

Possible where the windsheils seam joins the body of the car, mine comes and goes...hasn't been there in a while...can also be windsheild wipers that are worn.

I got that one too I think. I heard a buzz in the front and couldn't locate it, but when I was fixing the rear view mirror it stopped. Very weird. Oh, and I started hearing the sunroof noise too, but only when turning when the frame twists I guess.
