Can’t remove bumper.Anyone know what’s the problem?

I have all the screws on left side off but it’s the one screw that just will not come out.How is it even possible to loosen it?
Pics below...Thanks

These body clips suck. Hold it while trying to back out the bolt.

So there’s a clip on the top and a screw right below it.Those are the only two things that’s keeping the bumper itself up,but it’s not budging.Ive literally been on and off of it for 2 days now.It seem soo simple.

So are you saying the hole is stripped and you can't get the fastener to loosen? If that's the case grab the other end (the stud side) with a pair of channel locks and twist/push the fastener out rather than using the head end of the bolt.

Unless I'm confused
There's 2 screws inside
Move the carpet from where it meets with quaterpanel sides

There should be 2 gold LONG screws size 10
