Bad Wheel Bearing, Axle, or Tie Rod?

I’m not sure if it’s coming from the front or the back.
Defintely sounds like the front though.
It also has a metallic scraping sound at anything higher than 20mph.
Scraping sound

I didn't hear anything in the second video but have a question for you. Was your car making these sounds before you got the brake job? If not then your cause is simple, it has something to do with the work performed. Did you do the install yourself or did someone else do it? The brake system needs to be fully inspected from top to bottom to find the specific cause of the noise/s.

If it was there before still inspect the brakes, wheels, tires, suspension, wheel bearings and the like for possible causes.

The sound was there before I changed the brakes & rotors.

In fact, that was my reason for changing the brakes and rotors.

It makes a light scraping sound like a old brake/rotor would. It somehow got worst today, now I'm hearing circular clicking/scraping upon slowing down or takeoff.

Jack the car up and spin the wheels by hand, should be pretty obvious when you find which one is making the sound. Also pull on the top and side of each wheel once it's up to make sure it's not a bearing.

Also look for things like cable ties (zip ties) on your driveshaft/axleshaft/wheels/etc or other pranks that kids sometimes do, maybe you have some debris hung up under the vehicle that's dragging on the ground.

Personal experience I had this sound under my vehicle that was like I had a plastic shopping bag hung up under my car, I looked for WEEKS trying to find out what the problem was and it turned out to be this little twig piece of a tumbleweed that was wedged into the undercarriage and would lightly contact the ground when I was driving SOMETIMES...
