Lost my explanation earlier I think I hit back in my sleepy hands i need a adapter to either 4 bolt to my MAF to cone, or a cone w a big enough hole, first time poster forgivr me if I mess up again
Appears the old filter either rotted off or was cut off, remove what's left and clean everything! Measure the outside diameter and visit your local auto parts store that carries K&N cone filters, they should have what you need...it's not an adapter just the filter! Gary
Yeah I know that's the old stuff. I actually work for one of the big part stores. Even in the distribution center for them. I can't find anything that big around. That thing has to be bigger then your hand lol. Last guy cup up a filter to make it work. Looks like a shuttlecock from that old game lol. Idk what the hell I'm gonna stick on it. Still looking at boxes and seeing if one is big enough. Not much luck. Thanks though
It's probably a 6" flange (6" velocity stack).. No big deal. Call k&n or injen.
Not a great idea until he removes the remaining part of the last filter, measurements need to be exact when measuring for a cone filter! Most quality auto parts stores carry a complete variety of K&N filters or will have access to everything they make!
