G got sideways :(
Hey everyone, I have slightly bad news for y'all-- Gesse got sideways last night and did a 540 into a hill of mud and grass on a rainy night. I did a visual inspection and for the most part, all I could see was just grass and mud everywhere but on the drive back, I did notice the front left wheel felt wobbly along with everything else out of place. I'm having a friend take a look at it later to determine what all is wrong with it-- I'm thinking the suspension. If it is the suspension, I'm upgrading to coils since now I would have an excuse to do so.
Sorry to hear that man! If there is suspension damaged, it will likely be to the tie-rod, control arm, or wheel bearing rather than to the spring/strut upright itself.
brings back memories with my old 03 g35
When the small little center divider in the freeway got in my way and i hit it...
Needed
both lower arms, shock, upper ball joint, spindle, and a new crossmember
horrible.

Turns out I need tires--- bad... My y-pipe got a little bent and will burn my bumper if I don't fix it soon. Other than that, everything else is fine other than she needs a good detailing. I got a really good deal from a friend for some Michellin p zeros for $770 on all four with a free installation + alignment!

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

But those are some glorious 20K miles, just very pricey........
There are a lot of more inexpensive tire choices out there with longer life and performance surprisingly close to the Michelins if you guys look around. The BFG gforce Comp 2 A/S are a great tire with similar tread life and almost identical performance according to Tire Rack tests and in a 245/45/17 size (fits my stock GTO) they are only $130 or so each and have a 45K mile warranty. Discount Tire gave me 50% credit towards new tires when my previous set wore down to 2/32nds in 23K miles.

Thanks everyone, I'm more than lucky that I and the G, made it out safely. I was hoping my suspension would've gotten a beating so that it would give me an excuse to go coils but, that's asking for too much right now :P
