Oh weird...My oem chipless key works to start. I thought i read this was the valet function. Sorry to misinform. Looks like big6 is on the right track.

also...i like that key. I looked at a similar one that houses like five keys in one flippy box. Neat.

Ok so had a breakthrough, so I took my "lucky key" the working spare and I scooped the transponder out and swaped it in to the flip key and urethra it works! Screw the stealership haha!
