Flushing engine coolant

Hey guys, I’m not sure if this is posted in the right area, but if it’s wrong could a mod please move it? Thanks!

Anyway, a little over a month ago, my brother and I flushed my engine coolant. A couple days later, I went on vacation, meaning the car hadn’t been driven for roughly 3 weeks. I came back last week and drove regularly again. However, starting yesterday or the day before, I was hearing the sloshing noises that I had previously heard before. Is there any chance this is anything other than a coolant issue? My car has never come close to overheating before.

Thanks in advance!

Are you hearing the sloshing from inside the cabin, sounds like it's happening in the dash? My guess is you still have air in the cooling system and need to bleed it to get all the air out. It's a pretty common noise, especially when it pops up after working on the cooling system.

What he said. I just went through the same thing. Does your heat blow cold at idle? Keep topping off the radiator and squeezezing hoses until it's hot at idle
