Rev-Up Oil pump

I'm finding two different part numbers for the rev-up oil pump for non rev-up VQ35DE and was curious if they are interchangeable.

15010-AC70A
15010-JK20D

Does the 15010 indicate same part regardless of -XXXXX suffix?

for reference:
15010-AC70A is for VQ35DE

15010-JK20D is for HR and cannot be used on VQ35DE models.

If I remember correctly, the HR pump has softer metal on its propeller or something. Someone should clarify though.

15010-8J10A is the non-revup pump.

15010-AC70A is the revup pump.

Both are interchangeable with one another, and that's correct the HR pump is NOT compatible.

JK2 would fit a 370 or VQ35HR engine.

The non-revup oil pump part number is 15010-8J10A

The 15010- indicates the component. In other words all Nissan oil pump part number begin with 15010-xxxxx.
Another example is:
15010-AC70A - Oil Pump
11110-AC70A - Upper Oil Pan

Basically you need the whole number to order the correct part.

No clue I haven't taken any of them apart to compare. Usually higher volume pumps have a larger gear but idk about these ones.

There's a pretty good write up on one of the other forums that breaks down the differences if you're really bored. Basically; the revup pump has a 'heavier' gear compared to base, helps with foaming or something at high rpms. The HR pump just has a larger gear compared to the DE and is lighter compared to the revup pump gear. I think since it's larger it doesn't need to be as dense.
