I'm going to order satellite radio for my G. Is there another place besides the roof for the antena and does the placement decrease the reception. I think the antena on the roof is an eye sore.

 

hi myk, same mykmar10 from clubg35? search here and check the link in my signature. there's pictures in my photobucket account of my satellite radio antenna installed under the rear deck. it's hidden under the left child seat tether cap thing. reception is unaltered.

 

I just ordered my oem sirus radio, I was planning on putting the atenna on the rear deck, In my privous car, (gmc jimmy) I had the xm atenna on the front dash and it worked fine, got the same signal as I did when it was on the roof. Unless your city has a ground repeater you might have some cut out when going under overpasses, and around tall buildings.
