dented my bumper - repair or replace?

Unfortunately I was turning around slowly in our very narrow driveway and accidently hit the corner of some concrete steps.
The car is a 2006 Skyline 350GT V35 6MT with the factory fitted sports front spoiler.
It's looking a bit worse for wear as I've stopped driving this as I intend to sell it after fixing the bumper and a good clean + service.

Even if you were able to pop that dent out there's no way it would look the same. Has replace written all over it for me. Sucks cause the sport bumper is sexy. Replace it with a kuruma z

Take it off and pop it back, use a heat gun to help massage it back into place, wear a leather gloves because it will be warm but don't scorch the paint!

You would be surprised how well dents pop out of bumpers, if it's not ripped there's a really good chance you can make it appear very decent.
