Bay area gas is crazy right now, I am in Oakland right now, but the Canadians are right, we should seriously watch ourselves, it could be much worse.

i'm just stating what other members on this forum have found with their experiences with 93 octane.

i think what we have to look at is the fact that this is probably the best "sports car", with this much power for the amount of gas it uses. Maybe second only to the 350z, but thats beside the point. Just a though!!!!!!!!!

Some have, but in Hawaii we can't use the Nav package, so we calculate mileage the old way, and so do all the other non-nav people.

Miles traveled / Gallons of fuel filled = MPG

I think the only variable in this is how much you fill.... because sometimes the tank can give a false positive full reading at the pump. So I tend to pull out the nozzle a bit so I can see the gas go in and baby the trigger. It'll fill up then sink down once some of the bubbles settle. Then I'll just do this a few times and i'm done.

I'm getting about 16.8 mpg but only have 300 miles on the car... and i'm paying around 2.50 for 91. My mpg should be going up as i put more miles on the car right?

When you people have to fill up 3 times a week every week then theres room to complain. I spend over 100 a week on gas for this car, and I only have 33,000 on it. I average 13-15 mpg. Welcome to having a car that uses gas when you push the pedal a lil to hard.

YEp.

Our prices are now $102.9/litre for premium. That's about $3.02/gallon US.

It should get better as time goes on...

The last fill up I had I registered the best mileage so far and i'm at 3700 miles. Also as the I put more and more miles on the car i've been driving it harder and harder.

My car averages about 21 MPG, very consistently. This is mixed 65% highway driving, 35% city, with some fun in between if you know what I mean.

It's not horrible, but for the size of the car and its engine, it is a bit of a fuel hog. My Z06 averages 24 MPG with the same kind of driving and the same commute, with 33 on the highway.

My name is Shadyg and my G has a drinking problem.

Well I get about 12-14 mpg. My commute is about 5 miles (not much of a commute), all city stop and go traffic, I never get above 40 mph. I might as well get a damn Hummer!!

I fill gas on Sundays, when i can get an extra 5 cents off premium (93) at the local BP/Amaco ($2.40).

My name is Shadyg and my G has a drinking problem. Hoepfully this is the first step to recovery.
