Best Headlights for the 04 Coupe?

Hey guys... still loving the G35 after all these years. Just turned 100k on it a few months ago and I plan on keeping this car for many more years. Anyway, recently was hit while stopped at a light and one of the things needing replacement are the headlights. The 06 I think are the way to go? They don't have the orange plastic built in I believe? Anyone know a good place to pick up 2 new ones, I am leaning towards going with OEM. Is Riverside still the place to go or any recommendations?

Thanks,
Chris

A used set of the projectors from the 2006-2007 coupe is an excellent choice. They're spendy but worth it.

Thanks bud. I will check them out.

Anyone have any experience with these? https://www.carid.com/spec-d/smoke-s...46&url=1018901 or is OEM the only way to go?

It boils down to personal taste but in my opinion I think it all depends to what degree your car is modified (on the exterior) as well as the color of the car. Do you have any exterior mods? What color is your G? But in general, I would agree with Cleric - the 06-07 projectors are a HUGE upgrade over the 03-05. I have an 03 and acquired mine from a forum member here at the marketplace about 5 years ago. Very expensive even used but they look much better.

Best is eBay Oe style headlights with after market projectors.

The OEM one will be a good choice, but if you want a different look, maybe you can choose a custom led bulbs to make it look better.
I did it months ago and it works perfect with my OEM headlights on my 08 g35

Only way to go is 06/7 projectors unless you can find (or build) some 03/4/5) retrofits. There are some websites that sell them, but very expensive. Google is your friend. Don't buy anything that's not oem or oem modified tho.

I just put 06-07 projectors on my 03. Best decision I ever made. If your in Canada you will lose the DRLs though.
