Putting on the back bumper - coupe

I had to pop the rear bumper off the car today. Problem is when I went to put the bumper back on, being its just me home working on this, I am running into a problem when trying to hook up the license plate lights back into the bumper (took them out with the simple 2 screws). Easy to take off but it needs to go back on the bumper before putting the bumper on the car. Anyone know how to disconnect the harness on the license plate frame lights so I can put the two screws in then just plug the harness back up once the bumper is on. This is the connection. I feel dumb. I just could not figure out how this one comes apart.

Press here. I usually use a small screw driver.

One way or another, you always manage to make someone feel better, even when it's at your own expense LOL

Bad humor delivered with all due respect....
