6" with no problems, the seat is comfortable but I always feel like I am sitting really high in the car even with it set as low as possible.

That, and I can't get over the fact that my 13 year oldVW's seats are more comfortable and supportive! Don't get me wrong the G's seats are acceptable but nothing special considering how awesome they look.

It may be because the VW's seats are 13 years old and broken in well, but I would think they would be just broken by now. =)

In short the seat is acceptable, a little high set but still acceptable. Gotta still try that seat lowering DIY thats been floating around for some time on a couple of forums.

Now I just have to contend with the rattles that are starting to surface!

I'm 6'5" and my G35 has a sunroof. I have adjusted the seat beyond the factory settings as described in earlier posts on this site. I find the seats comfortable, the headroom marginal but acceptable ... I do hit the roof sometimes when driving a bit aggressively (but it's worth the pain!).

 

I'm 6'5", 185 pounds. so I'm another of the very tall but thin build owners. I have the sunroof and as long as I sit back in the seat I don't have any problems. I've made the trip from San Antonio TX to New Orleans LA several times comfortably. I used the trick to get the extra inch of seat height adjustment and my headonly occasionaly grazes the headliner by the sunroof. the G's worth the odd fit though. I've considered removed the seat and installing a good racing seat. that'd give me a bit more room
