Need help lowering springs
Yes, the upper control arms are not adjustable. I recommend the SPC Kit. You will get upper control arms and a 2 degree shim that will bring you into perfect alignment. Perhaps with the Eibach kit you will only need the adjustable upper control arms, I found that I needed both.

Check out this kit, add the SPC toe bolts under the options section because you will need them. It will allow you to get alignment within spec and it's a very affordable kit.

Rear springs are a piece of cake since it's separate spring and shocks, fronts will require a spring compressor since it's part of a strut assembly.
Look up some videos on how to install the kit, it's all about finess not brute force. Since you're going to be dropping the struts it's really easy to access the FUC-arm bolts. Rear toe bolts will require a dremel tool to enlarge the holes for the pattern they provide, I strongly recommend the right-angle dremel attachment, just keep the speed lower because it's not a very sturdy attachment and isn't rated for the full 30k rpm. I use the RA adapter and the flex wand and it's was a piece of cake, just takes a little while since you're grinding steel.
EDIT: Exactly which Eibach springs, I forgot there's a couple different kits, one is about a 1" drop, one is like 2.5" drop.
That SPC FUC-arm kit listed above is great for people who are REALLY low, but those Eibach springs basically put you a little under the OEM 350Z revised springs which is only a 1" drop (1/2" on coupe). You don't need all that extra adjustment and the SPC kit is pretty expensive.
