Hi I'm going to be ordering either bc racing or silvers coilovers I had a question about the extreme low and super low kits for each I want the option of slamming my car do I need to go with the low options on either to accomplish this and another question about spring rates both offer custom spring rates what's the ideal spring rates front and rear if you could pick your spring rates
