i use Lexol Zaino and will use the Conolly bottles Ive bought (shampoo and conditioner) every 2 weeks. It says to do them every 40 to 70 days but WTF i want sooner.

Wrinkles are not under waranty as that is wear and tear, but CRACKS are. Do a search. Thre was a thread not long ago with this info.

even after using the best products 1nce every 2 weeks, yes I do. I dont have any cracks though. There is no way you can stop wrinkles. Its just normal. You can, however, stop them from being dry and cracking plus protecting from the sun.

So far (not tried connolly yet) Lexol gives better shine specially on the non-leather parts if you apply more than 1 coat of conditioner, but Zaino smells better, MUCH better. I dont like the smell of Lexol.

Unfortunately, I can relate. I've got the same problem (posted a thread couple of months ago). Dealer said he can fix it, but it won't look stock (whatever that means...)

the left side of teh driver's seat and right side of the passanger's seat are the worst parts. they got wrinkled really easily. I guess the seats are for skinny *** people only.
I've been using zaino for the leather seats and still got wrinkles.

I am skinny (164 pounds) and I take 2 hours every 2 weeks to shampoo and condition an I still get wrinkles. NO way around it. BTW, someone posted that the things on the sides of the seats are NOT leather. Only the parts you sit on and lay your back on. The cushon thingies that pop up to the sides of the middle are not leather =/
