rear spring issue?

ok so everytime i drive my car theres this like "whirring" noise that ( in my opinion) sounds like the tire is rubbing against something. it almost sounds like the exhaust does but its way to constant( i can hear it even if i throw the car into neutral for a second) i just replaced the whole front suspension so i feel like it has something to do with the rear springs being worn and causing the camber or whatever to be off and make the tire touch something its not supposed to... am i on the right track? i have a video but its kind of hard to hear the noise over the other sounds. oh and it always smells like burnt rubber after i stop driving.

I'd check your wheel bearings, especially if the noise is getting worse with increasing speed. They are a known pattern failure for G/Z's.
When the front one went out on my car, it made a loud 'hmmmmmm' noise that got very droney at 60+ mph. It was the left front, so it got worse on right turns, especially when cornering hard.
If the rear of the car is sagging (ride height wise) than I'd consider springs a suspect, or maybe something is bent.
Usually if a tire is rubbing, you'd be able to tell by looking at it. Rubber rarely wins against metal.

Tires rubbing on the car even at parking lot speeds will be very noticeable, it'll make loud noises and/or smoke.

Bad alignment would accelerate bearing wear which could cause the noise, and longer trips on the highway could bring the tire temperatures up to a stinky range.

What makes you think your springs are worn? Steel springs really shouldn't wear out much, if at all, for decades (without extreme use or temperature changes).

And if the sag isn't from the spring which parts of the suspension could cause it to sag so much on one side?

It's possible the spring, sway bar, or a control arm is bent or damaged, do you have any pictures?

Take a measurement on a flat level surface from the road to the highest point at the wheel arch (chassis wheel well at the outer edge of the fender. Verify your tire pressure is correct before taking the measurements.

Here is the wheel arch height measurements from the FSM.
