Complimentary Oil Change

Is anybody receiving complimentary oil changes from their dealerships? If so, how many? I just got one free oil change and was wondering if I should pester them for more.

Re: Complimentary Oil Change

kkh, that must be a dealer-specific thing, and only some dealierships probably participate. I got mine from austin infiniti and I brought up the free maintenance thing BMW offers (trying to get something out of my sales dude) but they didn't budge. Anyone who got theirs from austin getting free oil changes? (I get the first one free, for what it's worth)

Re: Complimentary Oil Change

kkh, what do you mean you have to take your car to the dealer you bought it from for maintanance? I bought my car from mississippi because it came in quick but i live in houston. I doubt there is any kind of clause.

Re: Complimentary Oil Change

i'm pretty sure it's dealer specific, too.. if one dealer gives you a free 2 year maintenance plan, then you have to take it to that dealer.. no dealer is gonna want someone buying the cars somewhere else but coming to them due to convenience.. the maintenence isn't a company option, so other dealers have no obligation unless they specifically say they will or you bought the car from them.. warranty issues are company issues, so any infiniti dealer has to honor these..

Re: Complimentary Oil Change

Yeah, perks like free oil changes would be dealer specific. But you can take it to any Infiniti dealer and pay for an oil change, and get free warranty repairs w/ a loaner.
