So I got a 2006 G35 im working on for a friend. A very pretty girl obviously. So my simple and probably dumb question. What years are interchangeable that will work with the 2006? She needs a few trim pieces for the body that have cracks to be replaced. what years can I pick and pull from to replace these parts? Specifically she needs the trim above the driver window replaced, and the skirt beneath the driver side as well. oh, and the front end needs to be replaced. the entire front end. if anyone could get back to me on this asap I would be very grateful thank you!!!

 

2006 had a few revisions, 2006-2007 coupe will have most of what you're looking for. If it's a 6MT then it has the "rev-up engine" which was only available in 2005-2007 6MT equipped coupes and 2005-2006 6MT sedans. Most other components will interchange with 2003-2006 sedan and 2003-2007 coupe.

Trim above driver window - any 2003-2007 coupe
Driver side skirt - I think just 2006-2007 coupe
Front end suspension - any 2003-2007 coupe or 2003-2007 sedan but keep your existing springs and sway bar.
Front end fascia and headlights, 2006-2007 coupe.

If it has the sport suspension, the skirt and the front bumper cover will be different from non-sport G coupes. Does the steering wheel have orange stitching?
