My car started acting up one day with a winning sound then overheating and lose of all coolant I tried putting more in but it still Over heats and losses all coolant I noticed that the heater don’t work but when I put the heater on that’s when I lose all the coolant and my car takes a long time to warm up then Normal and I see no leaks no where what can it be ?

Take it to a shop for a diagnosis.
Or rent a coolant pressure tester and find the leak.

The link below is for the cooling system for 2007. If you are losing coolant and don't smell or see anything, Check your oil. The water pump is located inside the timing chain cover. If it fails, coolant may accumulate at the bottom of the timing chain cover and find its way to the oil pan.

There's a large opening in the timing chain lower area that leads directly into the oil pan, if you lose the gasket on the water pump it will DEFINITELY fill your crankcase with coolant 

After it starts to overheat, shut off engine, open hood and listen for gurgling sounds.
Bad hose or weak/untighted/loose hose clamp...look especially at any worm gear clamps.
