No Dash or Instruments

No Dash or Instruments
I have a 06 coupe and I have power to the driver side fuse box, but not to fuse 6 or 14. When I insert the key, I get door open chimes, horn/headlights/power seats/doorlocks work, interior lights work, but no dash either gauges or lights work, radio/sunroof/power windows/side mirrors doesn't works.
I tested a few other open fuse slots and I am getting 12v on a couple, but not 6/14.
No crank.
Any ideas?

From my manual:
POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Power is supplied at all times
through 10A fuse [No. 19, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
to combination meter terminal 43.
With the ignition switch in the ON or START position, power is supplied
through 10A fuse [No. 14, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
to combination meter terminals 41 and 42.
With the ignition switch in the ACC or ON position, power is supplied
through 10A fuse [No. 6, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
to combination meter terminal 40.
Ground is supplied
to combination meter terminals 45 and 47
through body grounds M30 and M66
I just checked and No.19 has 12v and when I reconnect the battery, I can hear the cd player moving for 30 seconds and then stop, but it does not light up.
