Do i need better cats and exhaust or just new cats for better flow

i wanted to know if the 2006 g35 coupe stock exhaust is good enough for me to just get high flow cats to have better flow or if i would need a new exhaust and high flow cats to get beter flow

I'm currently running resonated HFC's without any issue. Yes it will be restricted but I'm not really concerned about 10 extra hp.
