Use a socket just smaller than the bushing OD and a deep socket with the inside larger than the bushing OD. Place the small socket on one side of the bushing and the deep socket on the other side with the large inside toward the bushing. Run a long bolt through the entire assembly and keep tightening the bolt until the small socket pushes the bushing all the way into the deep socket. To install the new bushing just run a bolt through the bushing and bushing hole and tighten it until the bushing is fully seated in the bore.

Probably be cheaper to get a piece of allthread instead of a bolt. Bolts are expensive and allthread is cheap. Don't know why since allthread requires more metal but it's almost always the case when comparing it's price against long bolts.

I tried that and it didn’t work, didn’t even budge, is a saw next?

I guess the bigger question is why do you need to remove that bushing? The new pump should bolt directly in place of the old one.

Are you sure you got the correct pump? Place it side-by-side with the original one and if it's not EXACTLY the same then they probably sold you the wrong pump.
