I've recently installed Tomei 258 camshafts and I was wondering if it is possible to get a tune on a stock ecu? If so, do any of you know who would be able to do it? I live in the Chicago area.

Yes we can, Uprev lets us flash the factory ECU and fully tune it over the OBD2, no wiring or other hardware required. It is the best option for everything except high HP crazy builds.
