Will VK50EV/VK56VD direct swap in G35 without much drama ?

I need info about swapping VK50EV and VK56VD(from M56/Q70) in G35 is it easy and bolt in quick ? And what kind of 6MT transmission that's available to fit those engine in G35 ? CD0009??
