Buy new seat skins or buy new seats?

Ok old old topic..I know..I know.

But I need some kind of consensus or input.
The wife's coupe has the driver's side seat upholstery that is ruined.

A good set of front seat upholstery is $700 or more (not ridies or interior design..which is out of Pakastan?)

Q: Are there Nissan/Infiniti seats from other models fit the coupe?

Q: What other seats from other car mfgrs work?

My wife has to have motorized seats. She is not able to adjust aftermarket seats...(I know..I know..)

If you go with the existing seat, whatever you do, do this before you put the cover back on it....
