I know they have warranty, but only if they have a defect... or for regular wear and tear too???

 

For regular wear and tear up to 3 year/36k miles.

 

Had the fronts on my 03 replaced 2 weeks ago. Free. Too bad they f-ed the ABS system up. Been in twice since and headed back again. Worst service tecord since my Chevy Citation (company car).

 

I had my brakes checked as part of a 23k mile service. They told me my pads are almost down to nothing and replaced them for free. My salesman suggested that I take the car in to get the brakes changed again before the 36k mile warranty expires. Good stuff.

YES! front and rear brakes are covered as long as they are under 3mm think. Most places charge $19.99 for a brake check, but every tech is checking the brakes of every g35 going in and out of their shop to see if we can get the brakes done.

TopTech...sorry to hear your having problems with your ABS system. Yes I will admit there are some real numb-heads out there, but dont be so quick to accuse. The ABS pumps and modules set trouble codes all the time in the g/fx vechicles. Hopefully it all gets worked out!
