Rattle noise under load

Has anyone had this noise in their G35/350Z I have a 6mt Z? Happens only on acceleration at certain rpm ranges (2500-3000). Only occurs when driving and not revving in neutral nor when idling. Sounds almost like a rattle/ shopping cart over pavement sound coming from the engine bay? Any help would be appreciated. Car only has 84k miles.

Here is a very similar video I found on YouTube which describes the sound better for a G35 https://youtube.com/shorts/enBgYrVyE2Y?feature=share

Rattling heat shields is by far the most common.

However when my stock DMFW was going out it starts to sound rattly as well.
