PowerTrix Coilover install instructions??

Hi everyone,
I recently picked up a set of used Powertrix Sport Street Coilover used with the 12/10kg spring rate. However I couldn't find any install instructions anywhere. The install should be pretty straight forward but I was mostly confused on the installation of the rear springs. Does the piece that adjusts the spring ride height for the rear go on the top or bottom of the spring bucket? I know it's different across different brands so I just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly.

Also, I know this is a noob question, but which way to I turn the adjustment ***** to go from full soft to full hard and vice versa for the dampening on these coilovers.
This is my first time working with coilovers so if anyone has the install instructions or could provide a writeup I would really appreciate it!!
