cvtc learning?
Variable cam timing, the rev-up engine has a learning procedure for the EXHAUST cams since those are also variable on the rev-up. The non-rev engine has a solid locked exhaust cam sprocket and no variable cam timing on it.
There is no learning procedure for the intake cam.
It's a really easy procedure to do the exhaust timing relearn, engine running, shift to neutral, release clutch, parking brake OFF (so this needs to be done on a flat surface or you'll roll away). Make sure the headlights, AC controller, window defroster, heated seats, etc are all turned OFF. Steering wheel pointed perfectly straight forward. Then just use a stopwatch and hold the engine at 1900 rpm for 20 seconds, use a stopwatch, give it a couple extra seconds.
Nothing flashes on the dash to tell you it's completed but if you are in NDS2, Consult-II, or another tool that monitors that kind of work support then it will switch to COMPLETED.

thats why im asking... i did that one already and it says completed but theres another parameter that says "CVTC learning : Incomplete"
im using the OBD Fusion and i paid for the enhanced diagnostics

I haven't used that app before, I'm guessing it's just misinterpreting something that isn't available. I'm sure the Nissan/Infiniti specific module doesn't have much that applies to the VQ35DE engine, same thing with the Torque Pro app Nissan/Infiniti module, they added a bunch of extra stuff that is mostly for the HR and VHR engine. The CVTC stuff is likely something to do with the VVL on the VHR engine.
