clock disassembly?

i did a search, but couldn't find any info on actually pulling the clock apart. NOT removing it from the dash, but disassemblying the clock unit.

Any tips? DIY?

just unscrew all the screws front and back and it should come apart leaving the clock exposed. but if you want to take out the needle, it's not possible unless you break it off.. (i tried)

also, if you want to seperate the clock from the electronic board you have to desolder it.
