I’m getting a speed sensor code, (p1721) from the research I’ve done, people have replaced the speed sensor inside the transmission and it didn’t fix the problem until they replaced the tcm.

Also I’m leaning more towards it being the Tcm because about 2 months ago I fixed the dreaded P1757 by soldering the broken pin inside the tcm so I find it weird that two months later the speed sensor went bad, when I check the vss with my scanner it gives me erratic speeds, sometimes it can be stuck at 32mph then jump up to 140mph, 90mph, it’s all over the place.

U checked ebay?

Is your TCM inside the transmission or in the cabin?
