I had someone attempt to program a new key for my vehicle and they used the devices dealers would typically use. However that device apparently did not want to connect to my car after a few attempts. Ever since then my door open sign on the cluster stays on when started or ACC along with the dome lights. When I apply the brake, the dome and door open lights go off and the passenger windows attempts to close when it’s already closed.


wondering if anyone else had this issue and how it was resolved?


I’ve taken off the negative battery for 1 hr, tried the manual way of resetting the ecu but no luck.



Wondering if the dealer can simply program the key and reprogram the BCM and ECU to resolve it.
