Will programming new TCM using Consult 3 Plus R2R affect my tune on ECU bc when getting ready to program TCM the Consult software is giving me a new ECU part number of what will b after programming? Any help would b so greatly appreciated

You should be able to program the TCM without messing with the ECU tune
