Have 2005 g35 coupe with 250k miles, still hanging on but my CATS ARE DEAD AND NEED TO REPLACE, live in CA and the price is thru the ROOF, i get it we get RAPED for everything in CA
looking at 2700 for both installed.

ANY HELP OUT THERE? SUGGEST? i know should have gotten rid of the car but I LIKE MY G DOES THAT SOUND RIGHT??

You can try and source some used ones ~500-$1000. Unfortunately not too many other options.

 

+1 look for someone getting test pipes/ HFC and see if you can buy their used ones

 

would he pass Cali emissions with hfcs? I’m behind the times on their testing.
