brake change interval

When I picked up my car from its most recent service it had measurements for the break pads on it. At what thickness do they opt to change the pads?

Anyone know the thickness of the brake pads when they are changed? C'mon somebidt must know this....

The wear limit is 2MM.

Yes 2mm but brake fluid temp is a function of insulating thickness of pad material.

I like to change them early by 3mm -----2/3 worn from 9mm.
