what are ppl paying for insurance rates..??...i would like to know what ppl in nyc are paying....i'm afraid that my insurance will be too high...

 

i pay $624.00 per 6 months for my coupe. 100/300/100 coverage. I'm also 27 and live in Texas.

 

674 per 6 mos, 24 y/o, 1 accident and 2 tickets in the last 5 years. Was told rates would go down by like $150-200 next year as I turn 25 and both tickets go off my record.

Live in VA.

2100 bucks every 6 months for MINIMUM FULL COVERAGE.

That's the lowest after I checked with 27 other insurance companies...


Most company's wanted 375 a month which was like 2,250 for every 6 months.

On my 1995 BMW M3 I made my own fake insurance and never had a problem for 4 years with that. I might go that route again in 6 months when my insurance expires..

I'll see...

I might use my fake insurance soon so I can mod up my coupe in 6 or so months from now...

Wao.. I'm almost as expensive as you but I'm going to be 30. Yeah, I had 4 points on my hand last year and now I only have 2 left.

I got my first ticket and the following 5 tickets within 18 months when I just bought my BMW 4 years ago. Anyway, the cops just like to pick on BMW.

I think mine is going to run around $1500/year. Expensive because I live in Boston (passing in the break down lane is a constitutional right up here).

But cheap up here because I'm 44 and a step 10 (to out of staters that no accidents or tickets in the past 10 years).

My kids (18 & 19) pay about $1200 per year for cars with book value of $500.

How about $680 a YEAR for the coupe?! Sorry folks, but I live in Oregon, I'm a GEEZER (55), and I've got 5 vehicles! We've gotta' have SOMETHIN' going for us at this ripe ol' age (other than driving about the sweetest car on the planet, dollar-for dollar)! BTW, my insurance agent told me that my rate would have been about 30% higher if I'd bought the 350Z.

When i lived in long island and i got my accord coupe v6 at 21 i was paying about 480 a month!!!

 

I'm no geezer but age (37), as well as marriage, no accidents/tickets, multiple cars and homeowners ins all w/ State Farm has its privileges! $770/year!
I pay a combined $2140/yr for a '03 G35C 6MT, '94 Taurus SHO, and '03 Honda Odyssey EX!
