get Recaro's, or Sparco's. not the cheap Sparco's though, get the leather's! I'd suggest BRIDE also, but they are now mass produced in China believe it or not. it's hard to find a Real BRIDE seat made in Japan unless it's used, or stock from back in the days.
Yes..I am looking at Milanos or Torinos.. The leather Milanos are like $1200 USD each, so that may be pushing it for me..But at the same time, If I cam going to have this car for years to come I should have some tasty seats??
Thanks man.

I have a brand new Recaro seat bracket with the height adjustable feature that Im selling dirt cheap.
I highly recommend the Recaro "style" ergonomic seat. Ive done my research already cause I hated the placement of the power buttons on the driver's seat. I saved the money and moved them to the side.

I have the corbeau TRS in my Mustang. They work great for what I use that car for, but I'd put a higher quality seat in the G IF I was going to replace the seats (I'm not). The seat back on the TRS has a bit of play in it, and I'm not sure how the side bolster's would hold up in a daily driver (My mustang sees ~2000 miles/yr).
Recaro and Sparco both make very nice seats.

I did extensive research on aftermarket seats because I was this close on changing them last year. The hardest thing to do is finding a seat that fits properly. Especially if you need to get access to the rear seats.
The Recaro "style" and the Sparco Milano in leather are very close to the measurements of our seats. The Recaro leather has the same graphite hue that our seats have while the Sparco is jet black.
by switching seats you lose the side airbags and also the active head restraint. Depending on which seat you go with.....you may also lose the heated seats and power option.
its a tough call.

I posted pics a long time ago so I dont know if I still have them but it was not difficult at all. That simple mod saved me from spending $2500 on aftermarket seats.
Im selling the REcaro bracket made specifically for the G35 if anybody is interested in doing this
Its a definate trade up..I just hate the driver seat and I need to use a cushion on the seat for comfort, I just want a good seat. I can live without the power/heat..The only concern for me is the side bag...
Are sidebags actually helpfull?? And what does the active head restraint do?
Thanks!

active head restraint is simply the head rest bends back when hit from the rear preventing neck injuries. Also think about how your insurance may react if you ever get hurt in an accident.
The buttons yes, and just the hard bolsters..Its just not comfortable for me. A small pillow on the seat helps..but I just dont want to have to deal with that..And then again I dont want to have to blow 2 grand + loss of safety etc..
I am going to look into possibly having it modified or a "custom" black leather pillow or some thing..
Its just dissappointing that Inifiniti would over look such an important issue as driver seat comfort..ahh well, the rest of the car is ridiculous, so no worries!
